1. General Conditions By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Design & Artwork Proofing Important Notice on Final Approvals: We require written or digital approval of all artwork proofs before proceeding to print. Client Responsibility: It is the client’s sole responsibility to thoroughly check all proofs for layout, text, spelling, grammar, punctuation, colours, and resolution.Errors After Approval: Once a proof is approved by the client (via email or digital sign-off), andreasviljoen.com will not be held liable for any errors found after printing. Any reprints required due to un-spotted errors will be charged at full production price.
3. Colour Accuracy and Print Variations Because of differences in monitor calibrations, lighting, and print substrates, screen previews may vary slightly from the final printed product. We strive to match colours as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact 100% color match to what you see on your digital screen.
4. Intellectual Property Our Work: All custom designs, templates, graphics, and concepts created by us remain the intellectual property of andreasviljoen.com until full payment is received. Your Materials: By submitting images, logos, or text for us to use, you warrant that you own the copyright or have explicit permission to use those materials. You agree to indemnify us against any third-party copyright claims.
5. Payment and Security All payments made through our website are securely processed via our trusted payment partner, PayFast. Production on design or print jobs will only commence once full payment (or an agreed-upon deposit) has cleared in our account. Cancellation and Refund Policy At andreasviljoen.com, we take great pride in the quality of our design and print work. Because we specialise in customised and personalised goods, our policy is structured around the phase of production your order is currently in. Production Phase Cancellation Matrix Order Status Cancellation Terms Refund Eligibility Before Design Begins Full cancellation permitted. 100% Refund (less any third-party transaction fees).Design In Progress / Approved Design fee is non-refundable. Remaining print balance can be refunded. Partial Refund (Print cost only).Sent to Print / In Production No cancellations permitted. Custom materials have already been used.0% Refund 1 .Custom and Personalised Goods In accordance with standard consumer protection laws regarding custom-made items, goods that are personalised, printed to order, or custom-designed cannot be returned or refunded simply due to a change of mind or client-side error after production has begun.2. Defective or Damaged Items If your printed materials arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a manufacturing or machine error on our part: You must notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the defect. If we verify that the error was ours, we will fast-track a reprint of the affected items at no additional cost to you, or offer a mutually agreed-upon refund. 3. How Refunds are Processed Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout via the PayFast secure gateway. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
